DDC has embedded fortsystem.com technology into its core management information systems for a web-based, secure and convenient point of entry for its customers. The system enables its users to execute Direct-to-consumer and trade marketing programs while retaining consolidated customer and legal information for state and federal filing requirements and billings.
Our web-based warehouse system provides for our customers constant access to inventory, order fulfillment information, tracking numbers, and many other key functions.
Our system manages all the processes necessary for timely and accurate order fulfillment, including:
- Generating compliant UPS and FedEx labels
- Running batch orders for label generation
- Packing orders in the most efficient fashion ("cubing" technology)
- Creating Integrated Packing Slips (IPS), including all order information, optional gift message sticker, optional company logo sticker, and courier shipping label all on a single 8 1/2 x 11 sheet.
- Reporting inventory, orders, and invoice information automatically to suppliers, administrators and customers
Our Compliant Portal provides our clients the ability to:
- Manage complex direct shipping rules.
- Access up to date compliance information.
- Access up to date sales tax rates based on physical address.
- Increase direct shipping capabilities.
- Maintain compliance status for all consumer direct shipments.
